Thought we'd lost you there for a few days, glad to see you're still with the program!

thanks for the comment you left.. I agree with your suggestion.. I must keep track of my 'workout' better... how else can you tell if you are improving. It is so easy to just 'do the motions' and still work a sweat... but are you really "feeling the burN".. that is what I am after now. I have dropped the excess weight of 72 lbs this past year...and am now ready to transform my body even more. It is amazing to see the subtle changes already. I was lucky today and worked out with a friend at the gym who 'knows her stuff'.. she has had a trainer for the past year and i could feel and see her passion as I watched her... and i asked her if I could work with her today. Oh my gosh ..what a difference... I understand the true 'concept' a bit better. we did 20 reps at a lower weight and then continually raised the weight and lessend the reps for a total of 4 times on each machine. I shall plan on journaling my workouts from now on. I have been wanting to do this..i just haven't taken the time. But to get the results I want and intend to have..i must raise the bar..and do what it is necessary. Thanks again for checking in.. you gave me a new 'flame' for my fire I already have burning~ take good care~ keep in touch with you can.. i shall be following your blog as well. I may not have "DROPPED A DRESS SIZE" in fact according to the scale i haven't dropped an ounce... lol.. but I have learned a great deal... and that is important as well. I realize how important it is to just keep pushing to the max.. intensity is the KEY...

thankyou so much for your comment. You are right. I realize how important it is to keep track of what I am doing. It is not enough to go thru the motions and even work up a sweat.. but it is equally important to feel the burn.. really increase intensity...and to keep track of progress. I may not have dropped a dress size.. or even an ounce..disappointingly so.. but I have learned a lot. Intensity is the key.. and we can push ourselves so much further then what we realize.
