Gratitude

  • Finding the first season of Firefly at Blockbuster. Just the thing when you’re not feeling well and need some diversion.
  • Piers Anthony’s Bearing an Hourglass.
  • Having food in the larder, so eating has been no effort.
  • Getting a mini-trampoline (rebounder) so we can do cardio exercise indoors when it’s raining.
  • Putting the mini-trampoline together with no assistance (the instructions make it a three-person operation).

From blah to definitely sick. I’ve come down with what seems to be a viral infection. I suspect it’s being caught out in the rain while taking Sue on her exercise on Wednesday. I’ve declared today a rest day—hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow.

Feel good Mark. Hopefully the one day rest will get you back on your feet. From an ex-Aussie, Karen
